You don't need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Usage Data

To see how Drinkly and BarBooth (the photo wall and free round you open by scanning a BarBooth code at a bar) are used and to make them better, the Drinkly app, the BarBooth App Clip and the BarBooth web album send usage data to our own analytics service, which we run on Cloudflare. It is tied to a random ID created when you install the app or first open BarBooth, not to your name, and includes:

• Device model, operating system, app version and language
• Your IP address and the approximate location it points to (city, region and country)
• When you use the apps, for how long, and which screens you open
• What you do in them, such as games played, cards shown, photos shared or viewed and purchases started
• Which bar’s BarBooth you scanned, and whether you went on to install Drinkly from it

We use this data only to run and improve Drinkly and BarBooth, and we never sell it. Individual events are deleted after about 13 months.

Drinkly offers an in-app purchase to unlock new game cards. All transactions are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Drinkly does not collect, process, or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle payment data.

Our apps use no third-party analytics or advertising services. Purchases go through Apple or Google with RevenueCat, and AI decks are written by Anthropic's Claude or Google's Gemini through Cloudflare, which only receive the vibes you pick. This website, drinkly.party, uses Google Analytics to count visits. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising networks or other third parties.

Because Drinkly is a drinking game, it is strictly intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their respective countries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
